"Father's Day...Is Here..."

Yes, the official day to worship all dads has come upon us once again. One thing guys don't ever get enough of is adoring worship from his family. I got a little. Hey, I'll take what I can get. Here are a few pics from last Sunday:

I love this shirt! Target has all kinds of retro throwback shirts that seem to resonate with me for some reason. Not sure why. I worked out in this one Monday.

The kids made this Saturday. I think it's supposed to be a garden stone. Now to find the perfect place for it so it blends in with the grass ha ha. I love it.

What a week! First...

Emmy is at her very first sleepaway camp! A whole week without parents. Oh what trouble she could get into ya know? Fortunately there are plenty of volunteers.

Ever since Josh's funeral there has been this one bird that keeps hanging around the house. He's always in the yard wlaking around and doesn't seem to be scared of any of us. His colour scheme is kind of unique so I know it's the same one. Hopefully the birdhouse I just got will keep him around for a while. It's as if he thinks he belongs with us. Who knows really. I'll always wonder if we could have done something different. But...life is much too short to waste it trying to change things that are immovable. So don't even try.
